There are “good” habits and there are “bad” habits. The so-called “bad” habits are what lead to self-sabotage. The great thing about this is that you have control over changing your habits. You can see already how this can lead to a happier, healthier life. Write down everything that you do routinely every day. Circle the ones that are getting you to your desired life, are good for you, and make you feel better. Add ones that you feel that would benefit you. Circle those too.
Anything that is not circled, see if there is a healthy alternative, or can you get rid of it.
Every day after you have written the things you are grateful for, check-in on your habits. Little steps in a healthy direction will lead to great results.
